Our management company Diversified Management Southern handles all questions, requests for information, and emergency contacts. Diversified has an emergency phone answering company that monitors the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please be aware that phoning Diversified after hours will result in the answering service sending out the appropriate emergency crew. To try to keep our condo fees down, please avoid calling Diversified after hours and note that Non-Board approved repairs will be charged back to the unit owner!

The Board of Directors may be reached by using the corporate e-mail address. Due to the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA) Diversified Management Southern will not disclose the personal contact information for any owner or for any member of the Board of Directors. The following contact procedures will put you in touch with either Diversified Management or the Board of Directors.

  1. EMERGENCY CONTACT PROCEDURES
    Contact Diversified Management at (403) 230-7376 with your emergency. Diversified monitors the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our property manager is Marian Rodriguez.

    When calling for an emergency during business hours (no heat/no water/flood/fire) tell reception that it is an emergency and Marian, or her administrative assistant, will make every effort to pick up the call instead of going to voice mail. Provide our name, "Mountain View Terraces", your name and unit number and the nature of the emergency.

    Calling Diversified after business hours will result in an emergency call to the appropriate trade. The call center treats all after hours calls as an emergency and will dispatch the appropriate trade.

  2. URGENT PROBLEMS CONTACT PROCEDURES
    Only call Diversified for repairs to the common property during their business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Calling Diversified after business hours will result in an emergency call to the appropriate trade.

    Non-Board approved repairs will be charged back to the unit owner!

    This will help keep your condominium fees down by not paying overtime for after hour call outs.

  3. SUGGESTIONS AND QUESTIONS CONTACT PROCEDURES

    For questions or suggestions, you may e-mail the Board of Directors at our corporate e-mail address, info@mvtcondos.ca. All e-mail sent to our corporate address goes to all members of your Board of Directors. Your Board of Directors will attempt to respond within 48 hours. If you do not receive a response after five business days, please contact Diversified Management Southern at (403) 230-7376. Please remember to include your name and unit number. Any messages without a name and unit number are not considered.

    For questions or suggestions when you do not have e-mail, contact the Board of Directors by placing your communication in the suggestion box located in the lobby of each building. Please remember to provide your name and unit number. Any messages without a name and unit number are not considered. The suggestion boxes are checked once a month and the items are read at the monthly Board meeting.

Our condominium complex is managed by Diversified Management Southern. They take care of all of our business needs and provide a point of contact for all owners. The following addresses are provided for mailing letters to our management company or to the Board of Directors. Letters mailed to Diversified or the Board will be read during the next monthly Board meeting.
