Visitor Parking Policy for Mountain View Terraces

The Board of Directors at Mountain View Terraces has reviewed the current Visitor Parking Policy and issues. Herewith a revised policy is issued effective March 1, 2008 to facilitate and regulate the limited parking in and around our buildings. It ensures guest parking is available when required as well as preventing unauthorized use by residents and non-residents.

  1. Visitor parking is RESERVED for GUESTS OF RESIDENTS ONLY. It is NOT for use by residents at any time.

  2. A Parking Pass for guests is required between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. This pass must be visibly displayed on the dashboard to avoid being ticketed by Calgary Parking Authority.

  3. Replacement of a lost Parking Pass will result in a $20.00 charge. These can be requested from the Management Company.

  4. This Parking Pass must be transferred to the new owner in the event of the sale of your unit.

  5. Visitors are advised to park their vehicles properly between the markers so as not to infringe upon the adjacent parking stall.

  6. The foregoing regulations apply equally to the parking stalls reserved for disabled parking.

  7. No parking in Fire Lane at anytime.

  8. Failure to comply with the parking regulations will result in parking tickets being issued by the Calgary Parking Authority. Repeat offenders will run the risk of having their vehicles towed at their own risk and expense.
